The recipes are really great and very creative. The sections make it easy to find that specific something that you might be craving. This book seems more like a dinner advisor than a cookbook, as these are actual foods you would want to make regularly and don't need to go out of your way to do so. She also gives a lot of possible substitutions for certain ingredients.
